222.9 The Mothership Internet Radio was founded on Monday, February 22nd, 2021 (2.22…get it?) by yours truly, iiiYansaje T. Muse. It is where 19 years of public radio experience meets 9 years of professional spiritual oratory counseling and lightwork, 6 of it Orisa Priestesshood. It creates its own galaxy of sound healing and planetary alignment for the modern esoteric soul. 222.9 It aims to help solve two main global problems: general unrest, and spiritual cloudiness. General unrest is an issue with many variants that affects all walks of life, while music has always directly affected our vibrations. 222.9 The Mothership is dedicated to be a place people can always tune into to hear good music in the forms of sleep meditation, ancient drums, traditional and smooth jazz, classic soul music, throwback R&B, gospel, and classic hip-hop. Good music feeds the soul, and 222.9 The Mothership is a positive space anyone can access at anytime, anywhere, to channel positive energy in the midst of trying times.
At 3pm CST, The Jester’s Intersection airs on every Saturnday, complete with spiritual teachings about the essence of crossroad, the orisa Esu, self work, divine masculine healing, and uncomfortable commentaries on happenings in the world!
