in distance he subtly implied
for his attention and affections
I tried and tried and tried
his head seemed to always be turned
every time I ?
I embraced the lessons I learned
but for now, I’ll try not to yearn…
if it’s meant to be, in the Universes’ season he’ll return
if not, well before the healing wisdom…comes the burn

and other areas of my life still request my concern.

Its is never a good feeling when someone we were into romantically ends the connection. At times, break-ups are for our own good, as at times we need time alone to grow, or explore other connections to ? who really fits. As much as it hurts, they may have to explore other connections to find that what they shared with you cannot be replaced so easily. Many need time alone to ? themselves before they can truly ? another, and others have been so busy with external life that they look up one day and cannot identify themselves…and need time alone to do that. In many cases, break-ups happen because one or both parties need time to grow or deal with aspects of their personalities not addressed. Unfortunately, that can’t always happen while together.
I seldom recommend that people wait around for a lover to return, and that may be a long wait. What happens during that time is that other areas of your life get a lack of focus, and over time that can cast a shadow over one’s entire ?…The authentic, soulmate connections seldom happen the way we want them to, or within the time frame, and many of these connection have an interlude or two before tying the knot for good. It is alright to miss a person during a break-up, as the yearning is only proof that the ? on your end was real. When true ? is given, it never comes back void. When it is mutual, it can’t help but find its way back to its source. If this is you, then be comforted in knowing that sometimes it takes a break-up to prove how strong the connection really is. Enjoy your time alone. It is still a part of your life!
