The I-Ching is a gentle but powerful Chinese oracle that reveals changes to come through elements through trigrams, all working in their masculine and feminine essence.
The Hexagram 20 vibrates on seeing and stillness. Stillness is not always stagnance, as much as it is a matter of taking in your surroundings from a divine place. As you draw ever closer to your divine precipice of greatness, you will learn to multitask the many of your divine duties. Do not separate them, as you will be frustrated to find that you cannot. That is a good thing. You will learn to fuse then together through seeing in stillness alone.
Kun is the root, the first trigram of Hexagram 20. She is the groundbreaking earth, spreading herself wide open to give birth to your new world. Atop her in the upper trigram is Xun, she of wind and or wood. She spreads, grows, and improvises the new being emerged from Kun.
This time, lines 1, 2, and 5 change….
The changing line 1 brings a reminding whisper to encourage you to grow beyond the thoughts of powerlessness and/ or dependency in your moments of stillness. Naturally expand and draw out your greatness through your nobility to you higher seeking and following the Highest Good…don’t waiver…
The changing line 2 invites you to see the world of possibility beyond the peephole of mortality, beyond all you only see around you right now. While being still, nurture your visions of faith in that which seems out of your reach. Such thinking allows your path to ever unfold in aligned, manifesting greatness!
The changing line 5 invites you to see yourself as the king/queen/ruler of your inner Universe. This is not to feed the illusion of imbalanced grandeur, but to accept a higher moral code in taking power and accountability over what is allowed into your world.
Enter Hexagram 41, Decreasing…
This hexagram brings a need to give out what you have to others, things you may need to pass down. It brings positive energy to the recipient, as well as creates room for new things in your world…literally. Make these offerings in the spirit of joyful giving and faith in higher things to come. Remember that you have to give because you were given to, and the creating of openess to receive by giving brings your life an organic flow, as currency should be. The root trigram is Dui, the feminine of sharing and circulation. She gives what you offer out into the Universe a voice that speaks greatness to your higher path. She fuses up to Gen, the male spirit of the mountain, keeping you in stillness as what you offer to the world does the work!
